Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms cover using Workbench. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Purchases

Workbench is not a subscription. Each course bundle is a one-time $10 purchase that unlocks the courses in that bundle for your account. A separate one-time $10 purchase unlocks SidePlans: every side lesson, skill journey, the Claude Mastery video courses and the AI tools. There are no recurring charges.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account is meant for one person — please don't share login credentials.

Acceptable use

When using Workbench, please don't:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute lesson content
  • Scrape or systematically download the site
  • Abuse the AI tools — for example, automating requests to get around daily usage limits
  • Use the site for anything illegal or harmful

We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

About the AI features

Workbench includes AI-generated content and AI-powered tools built on Claude. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or misleading — treat it as a draft or a starting point, not a final authority. You're responsible for reviewing anything you use for real decisions, communications, or work.

No professional advice

Lesson content and AI-generated output may touch on topics like finance, legal, or health-adjacent subjects for specific professions. None of it is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional in that field.

Referrals

Referral rewards (like a free course bundle) are granted at our discretion and may be adjusted or removed if we find evidence of abuse.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove tracks, lessons, or features over time. We'll try to keep the core value of what you've purchased intact when we do.

Limitation of liability

Workbench is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for losses or damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including AI-generated output.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
